Ill. Court Denies Warren Pumps’ Motion for Summary Judgment, to Strike Exhibits in Asbestos Case

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. –– Efforts by Warren Pumps to obtain summary judgment in a U.S. Naval exposure suit have been denied by an Illinois federal court, which found that the evidence supported an inference that the defendant’s products were on the ships in question.

In the April 16 order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois additionally rejected the defendant’s challenges to exhibits proffered by the plaintiff in opposition of the motion.
