NEW YORK –– A New York trial court has granted a defense motion to set aside an $11 million asbestos verdict, concluding that the expert testimony proffered by the plaintiffs did not satisfy the quantification requirement for toxic tort cases outlined in Parker.
In the April 13 order, the New York Supreme Court for New York County wrote that under Parker v. Mobil Oil Corp.
