WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware trial court has dismissed asbestos claims pending against Dana Companies LLC in nearly 150 cases, ruling that the court does not have jurisdiction over the defendant.

In the Jan. 30 order, the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County entered the dismissal order in 146 cases, concluding that there was no genuine issue of fact as to whether Dana Companies’ state of incorporation was Virginia.
