WILMINGTON, Del. - A company that claimed it was unaware of dangers associated with the chrysotile fiber it was supplying vendors has been granted summary judgment in a consolidated asbestos case scheduled for trial this month in Delaware. In Re Asbestos Litigation, Fleetwood, et al. v. Charles A. Wagner Co., Inc., No. n/a (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
