Texas Statute Limiting Out-of-State Claims Applies to Cases Against Asbestos Defendant, Court Rules

AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Supreme Court has held that a law limiting the capacity to sue for alleged injuries that occurred outside the state applies to the asbestos product liability claims of some 8,000 plaintiffs who sought damages from E.I.
