Plaintiffs File Science Brief, Allege 'Corporate Amnesia' Among Friction Defendants

WILMINGTON, Del. - Plaintiffs attempting to thwart the consolidation of friction product claims removed by the Big Three auto makers have filed a brief in federal bankruptcy court that they hope will eliminate the need for a hearing to determine whether the friction defendants' products cause injury. In re: Federal-Mogul Global, Inc., et al., No. 01-10578 (D. Del. Bankr.).
