NEW YORK - A state court judge has refused to dismiss an indemnification lawsuit filed by Huttig Building Products against a British-based company from which it acquired some asbestos liability when Huttig bought one of the company's subsidiaries several years ago. Huttig Building Products, Inc. v. The Rugby Group Ltd., No. 601515/2002 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
