TACOMA, Wash. –– A Washington appellate court has reversed an award of summary judgment entered in favor of Saberhagen Holdings Inc., finding that a trial court erred when it granted the defendant’s motion on product identification grounds.
In its July 22 opinion, the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II, opined that the plaintiffs had submitted enough evidence to support the inference that the plaintiff came into contact with asbestos-containing insulation supplied by Saberhagen.
