N.C. Bankruptcy Court Schedules Hearing on Motion to Reopen Estimation Proceedings in Garlock Asbestos Proceedings

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –– A North Carolina bankruptcy court has scheduled a hearing to address the Official Committee of Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants’ request to reopen the record of the estimation proceeding in Garlock’s bankruptcy proceedings.
According to a July 23 notice, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina rescheduled the hearing for July 31 at 9:30 a.m.
