PHILADELPHIA –– The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has denied an asbestos plaintiff’s petition for allowance of appeal of an appellate court’s finding that the plaintiff waived questions presented to the court by not raising them in a separate appeal that eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court.

In a one-page order issued April 24, the state high court denied the petition without comment.

The plaintiff had asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to review a Pennsylvania Superior Court’s conclusion that the plaintiff could not now appeal summary judgment awards entered at the same time as those entered for other defendants involved in …
