CHICAGO –– An Illinois federal court has issued a number of orders addressing motions to dismiss and exclude expert testimony in an asbestos case that involves U.S. Naval, bystander and Kent cigarette exposures.
In the recently-issued orders, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois addressed issues ranging from the admissibility of “each and every” exposure testimony to whether a defendant can be held liable for products manufactured and supplied by a third party.
