Utah Court Refuses to Preclude Testimony of Plaintiff Asbestos Expert, Says Jerrold Abraham Relies on More Than ‘Every Exposure’ Theory

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah –– A Utah federal court has refused to preclude the testimony of asbestos expert Jerrold Abraham, M.D., saying that while the expert may believe in the “every exposure” theory, his expert report weighs on more than that previously precluded hypothesis.

On Feb. 28, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah noted that Abraham had examined the decedent’s testimony with regards to products with which he worked before reaching his conclusions.
