N.J. Asbestos Litigation Centralized Docket Reassigned to Judge Viscomi

TRENTON, N.J. –– New Jersey’s centralized management of asbestos litigation has been reassigned to Superior Court Judge Ana C. Viscomi, according to Special Master Agatha N. Dzikiewicz.

The Special Master in the Middlesex County Courthouse made the announcement today at HarrisMartin’s New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference. Judge Vincent LeBlon, who is currently overseeing the asbestos docket, will stay on until March, Dzikiewicz added.

According to a Feb. 10 order issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court, Judge Viscomi was transferred from the Family Law Division to the Civil Division in Middlesex County, effective March 1.
