WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware court has awarded summary judgment to Western Auto Supply Co. in an asbestos case, finding that the plaintiffs had not established that a former auto mechanic was exposed to products sold by the auto supply company with the requisite frequency and regularity.
In the Jan. 24 decision, the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County noted that the plaintiff had testified that he primarily purchased auto supplies from a number of other stores.
