NEW YORK –– A New York appellate court has affirmed the consolidation of three asbestos cases for trial in New York City, noting that each case has the exposure history and is ready for trial.

In the two-page order released Nov. 26, the 1st Department of the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court said that the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it consolidated the cases for trial.
