WILMINGTON, Del. - Bankrupt asbestos defendant Armstrong World Industries has filed an adversary complaint in its own proceedings, asking the bankruptcy court to return nearly $94 million it paid the Center for Claims Resolution in the months leading up to its Chapter 11 filing.
