ANNAPOLIS, Md. –– The highest court in Maryland has reversed a decision vacating a $15 million verdict against Ford Motor Co. (NYSE:F), ruling that the trial court did not err when it allowed “each and every exposure” testimony.
In the July 25 ruling, the Maryland Court of Appeals found that the intermediate appellate court erred in finding the expert’s testimony inadmissible, when in fact the “each and every exposure” statement was only part of the overall opinion, which was supported by substantial evidence.
