N.Y. Court Says Asbestos Plaintiffs Still Have Chance to Serve New Notice of Claims Against Port Authority

NEW YORK –– Although a New York appellate court has affirmed a rejection of asbestos plaintiffs’ efforts to pursue wrongful death claims against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on service grounds, it noted that the plaintiffs still have a window to move the court for leave to serve a new notice of claim.
