NEW YORK - A New York state appeals court has upheld a decision to deny a Canadian asbestos producer's motion for summary judgment in a case where the plaintiff's co-worker presented 'hardly overwhelming' evidence that the defendant's product was used at the place where the alleged exposure occurred. Tronlone v. Lac d'Aminate Du Quebec, et al., No. 243 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., First Dept.).
