Union Carbide Chrysotile Product Didn't Cause Engineer's Alleged Asbestosis, Jury Finds

HOUSTON - A district court jury in Texas has found that Dow Chemical is not liable for the alleged asbestosis suffered by a drilling mud engineer who claimed he was exposed to a chysotile product made by Dow's Union Carbide subsidiary. McKenzie v. Dow Chemical Co., No. n/a (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
