New York City Asbestos Plaintiffs Submit Revised Brief Requesting the End to Deferral on Punitive Damages

NEW YORK –– A revised brief has been submitted by the plaintiffs involved in the coordinated New York City asbestos litigation, in which the parties specify specifically how they would like to revise a section of the amended case management order, which currently defers the availability of punitive damages.
