Jury Awards $4.8 Million to 2 Asbestos Plaintiffs, Liability Allocated Amongst All Named Shares

PHILADELPHIA –– A Philadelphia jury has awarded a total of $4.8 million to a pair of asbestos plaintiffs whose claims were tried together, finding all of the named shares responsible for the plaintiffs’ injuries, sources told HarrisMartin.
In its Feb. 25 verdict, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County jury awarded $2.5 million in a naval case, finding all 10 shares responsible, and $2.3 million in an industrial site exposure case, finding all 5 shares responsible.
