WILMINGTON, Del. - A federal bankruptcy judge has denied a request for interlocutory appeal of a decision to allow asbestos claims filed against W.R. Grace after it transferred the assets of one of its more profitable divisions to the Sealed Air Corp. to be considered in a determination of whether the company was insolvent when the transfer occurred.
