DOVER, Del. - The Delaware Supreme Court has denied a motion for reargument by Halliburton Co. following a ruling that upheld a lower court's decision relieving one of the company's insurers of its obligation to cover a portion of the company's asbestos liabilities. Halliburton Co. v. Highlands Insurance Group, Inc., No. 156, 2001 (Del. Sup. Ct.).
