BATON ROUGE - An appeals court in Louisiana has vacated a trial court's decision to amend a judgment for plaintiffs in an asbestos case and remanded for a determination of whether the plaintiffs reserved their rights against a premises defendant when they settled with several asbestos product manufacturers. Hebert v. Anco Insulation, Inc., No. 2000 CA 1929 (La. Ct. App., 1st App.)
