New York Court Amends Ruling Splitting 20 Asbestos Cases into 3 Groups for Trial

NEW YORK –– A New York Court has amended its recent order splitting 20 asbestos cases into three groups for trial, fixing the designation of one of the cases but refusing to change the order in which the groups will be tried.

The Aug. 10 order from the New York Supreme Court for New York County said that it will continue with its plan to try cases brought by a group of lung cancer plaintiffs on Sept. 10.
