Kelly-Moore Gets Defense Verdict in Texas for Alleged Minnesota Exposure

GREENVILLE, Texas - A woman who suffered from mesothelioma allegedly as a result of exposure to a Kelly-Moore Paint Co. product in Minnesota has been denied compensation by a Texas jury. Dalbec. v. Kelly-Moore Paint Co., No. 62539 (Texas Dist. Ct., Hunt Co.).
The Hunt County District Court jury on July 25 found the company was not negligent in causing the mesothelioma and death of Margaret Dalbec, whose husband sued Kelly-Moore and several others for her alleged exposure to their asbestos-containing products.
