MDL Court Awards Summary Judgment to Crane Co., Trinity Industries

PHILADELPHIA –– The court overseeing the federal asbestos MDL has issued a series of orders in a case involving a variety of exposures, granting motions for summary judgment to Crane Co. and Trinity Industries, but denying similar efforts by two additional defendants. Cardaro, et al. v. Aerojet General Corp., et al., MDL No. 875; No. 11-66763 (E.D. Pa.).

Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the four separate orders on July 27.
