Boiler, Turbine Makers Satisfied Federal Officer Test for Avondale Claims, Judge Rules

PHILADELPHIA — The federal asbestos MDL judge has denied a motion to remand a suit filed by a woman and her father who claim they were exposed to asbestos from boilers and turbines that were used on ships built by Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding.
