CLEVELAND - An Ohio appeals court has remanded an occupational exposure case after finding that the trial court erred in admitting only portions of an asbestos survey report that revealed the presence of asbestos in the air of certain areas of defendant's property. The trial court had refused to admit the complete report, which contained information on where asbestos was not found or where it was found below permissible limits. Ball, et al. v. Consolidated Rail Corp., et al., No. 77531 (Ohio Ct. App., Cuyahoga Cty.).
