PITTSBURGH - The Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co. has filed its intent to appeal a recent ruling by a federal bankruptcy judge who refused to attach several asbestos claims filed against the company to the bankruptcy of North American Refractories Co. 3M Co. v. North American Refractories Co., No. 02-1363 (W.D. Pa.)
