Foster Wheeler Owes No Duty to Shell Worker for Insulation Exposure, Court Holds

LOS ANGELES - A California appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to Foster Wheeler Corp., agreeing that it owes no duty to a chemical plant worker exposed to asbestos-containing insulation when routine maintenance was performed on the company's boilers.
