LOS ANGELES - A California appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to Foster Wheeler Corp., agreeing that it owes no duty to a chemical plant worker exposed to asbestos-containing insulation when routine maintenance was performed on the company's boilers. Davis, et al. v. Foster Wheeler Energy Corp., No. B226089 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).
