SAN FRANCISCO - Cases alleging injury as a result of exposure to asbestos and simian virus 40 (SV40) should be handled as any other of the hundreds of asbestos claims pending in San Francisco Superior Court, according to a motion filed recently by plaintiffs. Nelson v. ACandS, Inc., et al., No. 312715 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
