Del. Court: Crane Co. Only Responsible for Warnings on Original Asbestos-Containing Parts

WILMINGTON, Del. -- A Delaware court has issued a split summary judgment ruling, concluding that Crane Co. does not owe a duty to warn a plaintiff of dangers associated with replacement parts, but that the defendant is responsible for original asbestos-containing parts.
