PHILADELPHIA -- The judge overseeing the national asbestos litigation coordinated docket has adopted a report and recommendation denying summary judgment to one defendant and denying a motion for judgment on the pleadings to another. Rabovsky, et al. v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., No. 10-3202 (E.D. Pa.).
In the March 12 ruling, Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania found that challenges to the expert's opinions were better suited for cross-examination.
