MDL Court Awards Partial Summary Judgment to General Electric

PHILADELPHIA -- General Electric Co. has been awarded a partial grant of summary judgment in a case involving its turbines after the MDL court determined that the defendant was entitled to judgment on claims involving exposure to insulation it did not manufacture or sell.
