JACKSON, Miss. - An asbestos defendant's RICO and fraud suit against several doctors who allegedly conspired to generate false medical documentation for thousands of asbestos-related claims has been dismissed by a federal judge in Mississippi. National Service Industries v. Jay T. Seggara, M.D., et al., No. 09-83 (S.D. Miss.).
