Fraud Case Against Doctors, X-Ray Screeners Dismissed by Miss. Judge

JACKSON, Miss. - An asbestos defendant's RICO and fraud suit against several doctors who allegedly conspired to generate false medical documentation for thousands of asbestos-related claims has been dismissed by a federal judge in Mississippi.
