ATLANTA - Defendants in a Georgia asbestos case have failed in their bid to overturn a trial court ruling that prevented them from presenting the potential fault of more than a dozen nonparty entities in order to offset damages that may be awarded in the case. Union Carbide Corp., et al. v. Fields, et al., Nos. A11A2025 and A11A2026 (Ga. Ct. App.)
