Ariz. Judge Dismisses 'Factually Threadbare' Asbestos Cancer Complaint

PHOENIX - A judge in Arizona has dismissed an asbestos case after determining that the plaintiffs failed to specifically allege causes of action, including one that accused several defendants other than those named in the complaint of conspiring to cover up the hazards of asbestos exposure.
