PHOENIX - A judge in Arizona has dismissed an asbestos case after determining that the plaintiffs failed to specifically allege causes of action, including one that accused several defendants other than those named in the complaint of conspiring to cover up the hazards of asbestos exposure. Aguirre v. Amchem Products Inc., et al., No. 11-1907 (D. Ariz.).

Judge Frederick J. Martone of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona granted the motion by General Electric Co. on March 7, but will permit the surviving children of Johnny Griego to conduct discovery and move to amend their complaint in …
