Del. Judge Refuses to Extend Duty in Pa. Woman's Take-Home Exposure Case

WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware judge has ruled that a Pennsylvania premises owner-employer did not have a duty to protect an employee's spouse from exposure to asbestos dust brought home on work clothing worn at the company's facility. In re Asbestos Litigation: McCoy v. PolyVision Corp., et al., No. N10C-04-203 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
