Pa. Judge Affirms Dismissal of Texas Woman's Mesothelioma Suit

PHILADELPHIA - A state trial court judge in Pennsylvania has affirmed a decision to dismiss a Texas woman's mesothelioma lawsuit, determining that the state where the plaintiff resides and was exposed to asbestos presents a more convenient forum for adjudication of her claims.
