PHILADELPHIA - The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has held that the state's two-disease rule permits a plaintiff to file a lawsuit for mesothelioma nearly 15 years after filing a claim for lung cancer that resulted from the same asbestos exposure. Daley v. A.W. Chesterton Inc., et al., No. 27EAP2010 (Pa. Sup. Ct.).
