LOS ANGELES - A California jury's verdict in favor of a former Naval worker has been upheld despite argument by defendant Lone Star Industries that the plaintiff's alleged injuries occurred in a federal enclave and were supported by expert testimony that should have been excluded by the trial court. Cundiff, et al. v. Lone Star Industries Inc., No. B218420 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).
