Court Upholds Verdict Against Lone Star, Affirms Rulings on Holstein Testimony and Allocation

LOS ANGELES - A California jury's verdict in favor of a former Naval worker has been upheld despite argument by defendant Lone Star Industries that the plaintiff's alleged injuries occurred in a federal enclave and were supported by expert testimony that should have been excluded by the trial court.
