3rd Circuit Upholds Remand of Thousands of Friction Asbestos Claims
PHILADELPHIA - The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled it does not have jurisdiction to review a ruling earlier this year that denied the transfer of thousands of asbestos-related friction product claims to federal bankruptcy court. In Re: Federal-Mogul Corp., No. 02-1426 (3rd Cir.).
