MDL Judge Says Defendants Not Liable for 3rd-Party Replacement Parts

PHILADELPHIA -- The judge overseeing the federal Asbestos Products Liability MDL has weighed in on whether a defendant can be held liable for asbestos in third-party products, concluding that a defendant is not responsible for a product it did not distribute or manufacture.
