PHILADELPHIA - A judge has ruled that three experts in a Pennsylvania mesothelioma case may testify that each and every exposure to asbestos above background levels contributed significantly to the plaintiffs' development of the disease. Rabovsky v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., No. 10-03202 (E.D. Pa.).
In a Jan. 25 memorandum opinion, U.S. Magistrate Judge David R. Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled that the expert opinions of John Maddox, Ph.D., Arnold Brody, Ph.D., and Edwin Holstein, M.D., are admissible under Daubert.
