N.Y. Judge Dismisses Goodyear Canada from Cases that Ended in $22 Million Verdict

NEW YORK -- A New York judge has granted, in part, post-trial motions challenging a $22 million award in an asbestos lung cancer case, dismissing one of two defendants after concluding that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict.
