MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- A Wisconsin trial court has awarded directed verdicts to Owens-Illinois Inc. and Building Service Industrial Sales Co. midway through a take-home asbestos exposure case on state-of-the-art and product identification grounds, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.
