LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to Supro Corp., concluding that the plaintiff's own deposition testimony was not enough to support the underlying asbestosis claims. Spencer, et al. v. Supro Corp., et al., No. B230680 (Calif. 2nd Dist. Ct. App., Div. 8).

In the Jan. 6 decision, the California 2nd District Court of Appeal found that the plaintiff's interrogatory answers were "vague" and "contradictory" and could not support a finding against the defendant.
