ST. LOUIS -- A Missouri District Court remanded an asbestos lawsuit after finding that the plaintiffs had established at least the possibility that exposure could have occurred to products manufactured by a defendant who was claimed to have been fraudulently joined in the lawsuit. Carey, et al. v. JP Bushnell Packing Supply Co., et al., No. 11-2050 (E.D. Mo.).
